SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Sunny Sweet Herbal Crafts. We take pride in carefully packaging and shipping our handcrafted products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

1. PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3-5 business days
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Standard Shipping:
• Orders under $50: $8.00 flat rate
• Orders $50 and over: FREE
• Delivery: 3-7 business days after shipment

Express Shipping:
• Cost: $15.00
• Delivery: 2-3 business days after shipment
• Not available for PO Boxes

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We primarily ship via USPS. Depending on package size and destination, we may use UPS or FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

4. PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

• We ship to PO Boxes via USPS
• We ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• Express shipping is not available for these addresses
• Delivery to military addresses may take longer

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. 

For international orders, please contact us at info@sunnysweethc.com. We accommodate international customers on a case-by-case basis and will provide a custom shipping quote.

International customers are responsible for:
• All customs duties, taxes, and import fees
• Compliance with local import regulations
• Any delays due to customs processing

We are not responsible for packages held, seized, or returned by customs.

6. ORDER TRACKING

• Tracking information is emailed once your order ships
• You can also track your order through our website or directly on the carrier's website
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS

• Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Address changes must be requested BEFORE the order ships
• Contact us immediately at info@sunnysweethc.com if you need to update your address

Undeliverable packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be refunded minus original shipping costs, or reshipped at customer's expense.

8. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup
• Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier are considered received
• We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery
• For added protection, consider selecting a shipping option with signature confirmation

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:
1. Check with household members and neighbors
2. Look in alternate delivery locations (side door, garage, etc.)
3. Contact your local post office or carrier
4. File a claim with the shipping carrier
5. Contact us with your claim reference number

9. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Lost Packages:
• If tracking shows no movement for 14+ business days, contact us
• We will work with the carrier to investigate
• Claims for lost packages require carrier investigation before replacement

Delayed Packages:
• Carriers may experience delays due to weather, high volume, or operational issues
• We are not responsible for carrier delays
• We do not refund shipping costs for carrier delays

10. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:
• Document the damage with photos of the product AND packaging
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved
• See our Refund Policy for replacement procedures

11. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Large orders or orders containing items with different availability may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking for each shipment. Shipping is only charged once.

12. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to:
• Countries under US trade sanctions
• Addresses flagged for fraud

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations. We will contact you if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location.

13. FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

• Free shipping applies to the order subtotal after discounts
• Minimum purchase requirements must be met after any coupon codes are applied
• Free shipping applies to standard domestic shipping only
• Express shipping and international orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions

14. HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During November and December, please order early to ensure delivery before holidays. We recommend:
• Order by December 10 for standard shipping
• Order by December 18 for express shipping

These are recommendations only. We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.

15. PACKAGING

We carefully package all orders using:
• Eco-friendly materials when possible
• Protective wrapping for fragile items
• Sealed containers to preserve product freshness

Our packaging is designed to protect products during transit while minimizing environmental impact.
