REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Sunny Sweet Herbal Crafts. Due to the personal care and perishable nature of our handcrafted soap and skincare products, we have established the following return and refund policy.

PERISHABLE & PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS

Our products are handcrafted personal care items made with natural ingredients. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons:

• All sales are considered FINAL once the product has been opened or used
• We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products
• Products removed from original packaging cannot be returned for resale

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a defective product, we will make it right. To qualify for a replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) AND the shipping packaging
• Include your order number in all correspondence
• Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved

Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. We reserve the right to request return of damaged items for quality control purposes.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

• Check with neighbors and around your delivery area
• Contact your local post office or carrier
• File a claim with the shipping carrier
• Contact us with the claim reference number

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting shipping with signature confirmation.

If tracking shows no movement for 14+ business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive the wrong item(s), contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the item(s) received
• Your order number
• Description of what was ordered vs. received

We will ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost.

RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the perishable and personal care nature of our products:

• OPENED PRODUCTS: No returns or refunds accepted
• UNOPENED PRODUCTS: May be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only (not cash refund)
  - Items must be in original, factory-sealed packaging
  - Customer pays return shipping
  - A 15% restocking fee applies
  - Seasonal, sale, or clearance items are final sale

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS (SOAP CLUB)

• Cancel anytime before your next billing date
• No refunds for boxes that have already shipped
• Cancellation takes effect the following billing cycle

FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect our small business and customers, we reserve the right to:

• Require photo documentation for all damage/defect claims
• Deny claims that show signs of misuse, improper storage, or tampering
• Refuse service to customers with a history of excessive claims
• Report fraudulent claims to relevant authorities
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud without notice

Multiple claims from the same customer or address may require additional verification before processing.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

3. Describe the issue in detail
4. Attach photos (required for damage/defect claims)
5. Allow 24-48 hours for response

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
